Shipping & Exchange Policy

We work to deliver your order safely and quickly.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Free delivery across Pan India.

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery times may be longer during holidays or busy periods.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few hours for tracking to start updating.

Once an order is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct and secure.

Exchange Policy

If delivery fails after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply. We will inform you before dispatching again.

All products are securely packed in branded packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

We’re here to make exchanges simple and worry-free.

Exchange is available only for size-related issues and can be done once per product.

Please request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.

If the requested size is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.

Returned products must meet these conditions:

Product must be unused and unwashed.

All tags must be intact.

Must be returned in original packaging.


If the product fails the quality check, it will be returned to you, and pickup plus delivery charges will apply.

If it passes, the exchanged item will be shipped within 3 to 10 working days.

To request an exchange, email us your order number, name, and the size you would like.


Defective or Damaged Products

Our team will verify whether the issue occurred before delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and returned in original packaging.

If eligible, we will replace the product within 3 to 10 working days.

If the product does not pass the quality check, it will be returned to you, and pickup plus delivery charges will apply.
